great location secure location awesome owners
the location was great, very close to the main sites. the hotel felt secure. the owners were awesome and breakfast was wonderful. i was happy to find fresh squeezed orange juice on request.
there were many stairs, and no elevator. it was a bit of a climb to the fourth floor. i wish there was assistance available for luggage.

the hotel is situated very centrally. it is close to many sites. the cathedral is just around the corner, and the bus stop is about 20 meters from the entrance.

superb stay!
clear communication central location
The hosts provided clear check-in details well in advance. i found the breakfast excellent. it included a variety of options, like pastries and fruit. the location was amazing. It was easy to reach many attractions.
i found the lack of an elevator a little inconvenient. climbing several flights of stairs with luggage was challenging. it would have been helpful to have assistance with the bags.

the suite was spacious, with a very nice decor. the king room included a couch, offering extra seating space. a modern bathroom and quiet windows ensured a restful stay for me.

convenient location efficient staff friendly housekeeper
I found the location to be unbeatable, very near the Duomo complex. Breakfast was good. I appreciated that the staff efficiently responded to my inquiries via whatsapp. It was a VERY convenient feature. The housekeeper was friendly even though we had minor communication issues.

i found the building to be beautiful. the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. crisp white cotton sheets and a beautiful bathroom added to the experience. raffaele was very helpful and contacted me in advance to give detailed check-in instructions, which i appreciated.
the breakfast was average. there was no cupboard in the room either.

The LOCATION IS SIMPLY AMAZING. I found myself steps away from the main attractions. The room included air conditioning, a great comfort . Breakfast featured FRESH ORANGE JUICE, an unexpected delight.
The hotel lacked an elevator, but this was mentioned beforehand.

excellent location breakfast selection helpful staff
the location was excellent near many attractions. breakfast included a nice selection of items, i found this very convenient. the staff was helpful, assisting with luggage and providing directions. i especially liked the cleanliness of my room. the bed was quite comfortable too
the lack of an elevator presented a challenge. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. this was particularly difficult upon arrival and departure
